Our normal service area is Guilford, Randolph and Alamance counties. We do travel outside of these counties for septic system installations/repairs. - We must have clear access to the area needing serviced. Inaccessible, unsafe, or misrepresented conditions may require rescheduling or additional charges approved by the customer. Estimates, diagnostics, and service scope: - All service call & diagnostics fees are discussed with the customer prior to dispatch. -Estimates are free; however, diagnoses are subject to services and/or camera fee. -Additional work: We obtain customer approval before performing work outside the original scope or increasing the quoted price. - Hidden conditions can affect the final scope and price. -Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Card, Venmo - Payment is due at time of completed service for routine service calls. - For larger repairs, earthwork and installation, the payment schedule is included in the estimate.
